DoggyPro Trainer
Helping owners train their dogs with confidence

Problem
First-time dog owners often feel overwhelmed by inconsistent online training advice and lack a structured way to track progress or build good habits with their pets.
Opportunity
There was a clear need for a beginner-friendly app that simplifies training with expert-backed lessons, tracks progress, and encourages daily consistency.

Solution
I designed a mobile dog training app that:
Breaks down behavior training into simple, guided lessons.
Includes progress tracking
Prioritizes clarity and usability for new dog owners.
Key Questions:
How much do donors usually donate when making a donation and what are the ranges?
Are $1-$5 micro-donations viable (wrong word) with cryptocurrency?
What payment processors could be utilized to facilitate donations?
Who are the competitors in the volunteer and donation space?
What is the sentiment of users submitting their photos to be displayed on billboards? What are the concerns?
Impact
Usability testing showed increased confidence in training routines.
Users appreciated the structured, easy-to-follow approach.
The design validated the importance of expert content and a focused feature set.
Mobile-First Learning Experience
I prefer watching [Youtube] videos on my smartphone.
Mike, Dog Owner
Training Fatigue
My dog is easily distracted so I don’t spend much time to train him since it’s exhausting.
Kate, Dog Owner
52% of owners spent less than 15 minutes on training per session.
64% of dog owners have either previously used or are currently using mobile apps to train their dogs.

Design
Reducing Friction
Used cards to organize training types and lessons, allowing users to quickly scan and select what they need.
Placed the list of required resources at the top of each lesson, so users can easily prepare before starting.
