Problem
Most AI-generated “influencers” stop at a pretty face: a handful of disconnected images with no consistent identity, no real posting cadence, and no way to make money. I wanted to test something harder — whether a fully AI-generated character could actually grow a genuine following quickly and monetize real digital products, the same way an independent creator would.

The Approach
To find out whether an AI influencer could grow and monetize on its own, I broke the project into three connected disciplines: bringing the character to life, automating her presence across platforms, and turning that presence into real products:
Character & Content Creation
Used Higgsfield to generate Yuna Seo’s look, poses, and short-form video clips, then used Claude Code to turn that raw material into structured digital products like the Glass Skin Reset workbook.
Automated Distribution
Used Meta Muse to automate the posting workflow: automated carousels to Instagram, scheduled posts to X.com and Pinterest, and multiple 7-second video variants designed to maximize view-completion rate and grow the account as quickly as possible.
Productized Monetization
Packaged Yuna Seo’s content into four real digital products on Stan — The Glass Skin Reset ($19.99), The Shelf Reckoning ($13.99), After the Reset: The Maintenance Card ($9.99), and The Complete Reset System bundle ($29.99) — to test whether an AI-generated persona could support real commercial demand and not just engagement.

The earliest version of Yuna Seo was a handful of AI-generated portraits with no consistent identity between images and no distribution plan, closer to a moodboard than a character. It proved the visuals could look convincing, but showed there was no way yet to turn that into an actual following or product.
